BAPTISM

We are so proud of this kid. We really could not ask for a better son. We got to be there for his interview with the bishop and I was so impressed with his knowledge of the gospel and how much faith he has. He was eager to learn all he could and was so excited that he got to make the choice to be baptized.
He had to have a redo on the baptism for technical reasons and thought it was really cool that he was baptized twice!

It was interesting getting all of the kids in position for a picture.

Not sure how Parker ended up with a HUGE tie...but I love that he stands so kicked back and suave!
After the baptism we had everyone over at our house for lunch. The weather was beautiful so all the kids were able to play outside. Unfortunately, they immediately noticed the pool next door and that was the ultimate torture for a bunch of little kids to watch other people swim next door. I felt bad for my neighbors swimming who had to look at a bunch of sad little faces pushed up against the fence staring at them! Everyone stuck around for a few hours and it was nice to visit and show Mason what an amazing support group he has! Everyone was cheering him on.
He was so excited about some of the things he received for his baptism. New scriptures (he was so excited to take to church on Sunday), a new tie, tie tacks, and a wall hanging made from grandma H. It was such a great day. I still can't believe my baby is 8!

I can't believe we have 8 year olds now, why are they growing up so fast?? Why did he have to get dunked twice?? It's fun seeing you through your blog. Your growing family is so cute...glad you got your girl. We're still waiting for our boy. If you guys come to Cali, stop by.
